Sketchbook Assignments
Over the semester we were required to do 10 sketchbook assignments. 7 of which were created by us students. All of us were required to do all the assignments, even the ones we came up with. For the first sketchbook assignment our teacher created. The assignment stated: 16 crayons, self-portrait and a reflective surface (not a mirror or your cellphone). As this assignment was pretty open, I went ahead and drew a picture of me and my dog at our favorite spot. For the reflective surface I chose the water at our spot, and since it doesnt say we have to draw ourseleves in the reflective surface I had an easy out. Here is a picture of my finsihed assignment. Sketchbook Assignment #2 was also created by our teacher. It was titled: Mapping Your Identity We were to begin by drawing a three inch by three inch square in the middle of our page.
